Dick Clark's New Year's Rocking Eve is Coming
Fireworks, sparkly dresses, sparkling cider (or champagne if you’re bold), ticking time clocks, and New York City. What do all these things have in common? New Year's Eve!
We’re just weeks away from the 2019 Dick Clark’s New Year's Rocking Eve event. Ryan Seacrest will host this years event from New York and Jenny McCarthy will join him, reporting from Times Square.
Additionally, Lucy Hale will host the third annual Central Time Zone countdown in New Orleans and Ciara will host the Hollywood party as part of the west coast countdown.
The New Year's event will begin at 8 p.m. in NYC and will be stacked with five and a half hours of performances.
The lineup includes performances by the Chainsmokers, Macklemore, Ella Mai, Dua Lipa, Charlie Puth, and many more.
Seacrest, who has been hosting the event for the past 13 years, tweeted the list of names, but said that “it doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface” and that more announcements will be coming later on as the event approaches.
