Victoria’s Secret Angels Strut Their Stuff in Annual Fashion Show
A $1 million-dollar bra, 50 makeup artists, 125,000 crystals and 49 of the world’s most beautiful models took over New York City with the help of lingerie powerhouse Victoria’s Secret for their annual fashion show.
After a grueling casting process, Executive Ed Razek and his team cast only the best models in the world including all 14 angels and 18 new faces to create the perfect mix of beauty for their 23rd annual show.
This year the show rounded up seven of the most popular acts in music including, Shawn Mendes, Halsey, The Chainsmokers, Bebe Rexha, Rita Ora, Kelsea Ballerini and The Struts. A musical lineup fit for The Grammys and glamorous ensembles you’ll have to see to believe.
This year VS partnered with British designer Mary Katrantzou, which was Victoria Secret's first ever collaboration with a female designer.
You can see supermodels Gigi Hadid and Winnie Harlow own the runway in her floral creations. Other must-see ensembles include Romee Strijd in a full Swarovski crystal outfit and Adriana Lima carrying a beautiful set of feathery wings as she said a tearful farewell after 20 years with the brand. Sisters Bella and Gigi Hadid returned to the show for a third year, same for bestie Kendall Jenner and new moms Behati Prinsloo and Candice Swanepoel made triumphant returns to the runway after both having babies less than a year ago. Swanepoel had a baby less than four months ago and owned the runway with ease, something only a true supermodel could do.
