It's that time of year again! Not only is it Christmas, but Spotify's 2018 Wrapped is also live! What is Spotify Wrapped you say? If you are a dedicated Spotify listener like myself, you'll come to find that they track the music you love and even secretly enjoy. At the end of each year, they do a wrap up of your year in music. Yes, it'll leave you wondering how you listened to 'thank u, next' for 40 hours, but that's what makes it so fun!
This year Spotify went a little more in detail about your year. Starting with:

This is the most exciting part of the holidays for me! Sharing with my friends and family what music they enjoyed and what music I enjoyed. Seeing the overviews of everyone's year can tell A LOT about a person. Spotify even takes it a step farther and does an overview of the whole app! Throughout the holidays you can see funny advertisements all of over the big cities with something along the lines of "22 fan-made Engagement Party playlists featured Flordia Georgia Line’s “Talk You Out Of It.” and “Songs to Sing in the Shower” playlist vs. “Songs to Scream in the Shower” playlist."
Not only is this for the listeners it's for the Artist as well! They get an overview of what songs were the most popular by month and total hours of music streamed by listeners. There is a top hits playlist made for the end of the year, and yes, Arianna Grande and Post Malone are on there multiple times.
