An Eye for your Ears

Not ready to do a complete 180 on your wardrobe?

Not ready to mix patterns or wear certain trends?

That’s okay, but here’s a tiny (yet impactful) way to spunk up your style or wardrobe…

They’re called ear jackets!

Ear jackets are the hottest trend right now, giving any outfit a little extra flare.

Ear jackets hug the lobe of your ear. They usually come in two or three pieces: one that goes through your piercing, and another that you will add onto the stem of the first piece, allowing it to hang behind your earlobe. Then, you’ll secure it.

They also come in all shapes, sizes and colors. There’s no reason you won’t be able to find a pair (or pairs) of ear jackets that is the right fit for you.

Below are the four general groups of ear jackets that can compliment any style:

Minimalist -- The ear jackets for those who want to be really simple, but still want everyone to know that they are trendy.

*Best dressed with: Peter Pan collar (or any other collared shirt)

Geometric -- A mix between the simplicity of minimalist ear jackets and the “boho” mentality. These earrings make an outfit not so “square.”

*Best dressed with: Scarf and t-shirt

Dainty -- These ear jackets can have a row of clean cut gems and pearls, or small imagery like butterflies and flower shapes.

*Best Dressed with: Chiffon or patterned blouse

Ornate -- These can be big or small, but always have a certain pizzazz to them. They are perfect to wear on a night on the town or to decorate a “plain Jane” outfit.

*Best Dressed with: Cocktail dress or any shirt you want to dress up.

These aren’t the only type of ear jackets out there, so go and find the type that best expresses your own personal style.

Earrings are small, but can still make an impact when noticed, and can pull a whole outfit together.

Don’t worry if your outfit is three years old; with some accessorizing (thanks to ear jackets), it will still look trendy!
