MTV Movie and TV Awards
This past weekend, MTV hosted their annual movie and TV awards show. Not only did they introduce the first ever gender neutral award this year, but this ceremony in particular is a great way to get insight on celebrities style. The awards show is more relaxed than the Oscars or other very serious awards so they can step a bit more out of their comfort zone and try something more fun and new! It’s also a great source of inspiration for different outfits and to get a feel for what the new up and coming fashion trends for this season are.
There were a few controversial outfits such as Farrah Abraham's Bollywood inspired outfit and Paris Jackson's very casual ripped jeans and t-shirt outfit. However there were some very beautiful and elegant outfits worn by many actresses. Some of the favorites include Zendaya's, Hailee Steinfeld's, and Allison Williams dresses. With this awards ceremony we saw a lot more lace and beautiful detailing on the actors’ outfits which showed a little can go a long way. Overall many men and women stood out in their wonderful stylish and chic outfits.
