2017 Summer Accessories

Summer is the time for traveling, spending the days with your friends, and just being out in general. However it's also the time of the year where the temperature stays above 80 degrees and you're out for prolonged periods of time. During the season you need to carry around quite a few things like your phone, wallet, sunscreen, makeup, etc. and this year there are a few different trends that will make carrying around your belongings much easier. All these options are small, casual, and perfect to bring to amusement parks, the beach, or hiking.

Cross Body Handbag

This is the most popular item and can be found at most stores. The cross body bag is easy and reliable because of how compact and easy to travel with it is. There are also so many different styles to choose from so you can match it with your look.

Mini Backpack

This is a great option that I recently started using this summer. Using a small backpack to carry around can be better than having a small bag for a few reasons. First you have more space to carry more, your hands aren't occupied, and since there are two straps the weight is distributed between both shoulders so one strap isn't digging into your shoulder. There are also lots of fun backpacks depending on which style you want. There are leather ones or ones with fun patterns.

The Fanny Pack

The fanny pack used to be a big hit in the 80's but then lost popularity in the 2000's. However these past few months it has gained momentum due to different celebrities such as Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid wearing them for the purpose of both, carrying around items and for fashion. Now of course not all of us can afford the Louis Vuitton fanny pack that Kendall has been wearing around but there are lots of styles in stores and on the internet that could be styled well.
